Shipping dates are located and updated on the bottom of the home page.

Regular sized prints are shipped in a flat mailer, unrolled. Large sized posters are rolled into a strong, triangle tube. Frames are not included.

 

Damages, issues, and refunds

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at info@ignition.industries if the print/poster is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We cannot offer refunds unless an image of the damage is emailed to info@ignition.industries to confirm.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer returns or exchanges if you damage the product yourself.  

If you ordered the wrong product, please make sure you email and correct it before the shipping date comes around or an exchange will not be on the table. If there is no customer response after one week the order will not be refunded.
